The Grocery Service (Hourly Rate)

  • We handle the list, you handle the cart — We provide a shopping list at no charge

The Provisioner Service

  • Assess & Track your provisions for meal prep essential staples, dry goods and spices
  • Complimentary Service for clients with at least two prep sessions per month

About Chef Keith

Born and raised in a small town just west of Ft. Worth Texas on a farm where we raised cattle, hogs, chickens and had a 12-acre garden that produced enough food to feed an entire town! My family never had much money, but my mom made the best southern meals for nightly supper and absolute feasts for all holiday occasions from everything raised on the farm. I get my love of cooking from my mom; she could make the simplest of meals taste extraordinary.

In the late 80's I began my high-tech career and moved to my now home Oregon and raised my family. My career allowed me to travel the world and taste new cuisines that shaped and continue to shape how I prepare meals with unexpected flavors. I love everyday cooking for my family and special occasions with family, friends and coworkers. My expertise is making simple meals taste extraordinary using authentic and/or traditional cooking techniques across many regional cuisines.

I promise to treat your kitchen and meals with all the love and care I give to my family, friends and coworkers. My goal is to give you meals that not only nourish your body but also nourish your soul.
